Ah ha….I see it now on my About Page. I’ve been looking for it on my homepage.

How do I get the form on my homepage under the header image?

Oh no! My website vanished and I got a syntax error.

I was trying to get the optin form under my header image. I read in the support forums that by adding the short code to a page, I could manually add an optin form to any page I want.

I added [optinform] to the bottom of the custom header page code and a syntax error replaced my site content.

Can you tell me what it means and how to fix it? (www.tonijewell.com)

    Thanks again!

    Hi Toni,

adding a shortcode to your page should not trigger any errors. Looking at your website, it seems the syntax error is caused by your theme:

    wp-content/themes/radiate/inc/custom-header.php on line 134

I suggest you ask the developers of the Radiate theme to help out with this one, as I’m not familiar with their code.

If you need any further assistance with Optin Forms, feel free to leave a reply and I will do my best to help you out.
