Can’t see options

I installed this 9/20/16 and had never used it before. I can’t see the options to change them. Could be something else besides the version but it looked pretty straightforward.
Nice plugin. Hope I can make it work.

Works for me now on the 3.3 plugin version and WP 4.6.1. Note: The 3D Tag Cloud Options appear on the Settings Menu of the Dashboard, not the Appearance Menu as shown in screenshots from an earlier version I think. Shown here: https://giantleap.com/ – Kind of mesmerizing when you move the cursor over around over it.
