Can’t see Paragraph, Underline etc in Editor

Hello all,

I have a weird issue with one of my sites. When I go into the editor, I only see the first line of tools. So B (bold), I (italic), strike etc. The second line containing Paragraph Styles, Underline etc is not showing. Other sites of mine this works fine. Is there a Theme issue or something? I can’t figure out why it would show in one and not the other.

I am not using advanced TinyMCE or any related plugins.
