Hi and thank you for making a nice plugin!

I have a problem seeing the review filters. The plugin is enabled. The only problem is I do NOT see the review filters just above the actual reviews. I enabled the filter from the plugin settings. (I’m using the flatsome theme)

So I’m missing the following div’s:

“<div class=”wcpr-overall-rating-and-rating-count”>”

and

“<div class=”wcpr-filter-container”>”

Could you tell me exactly which PHP file I can override with my child theme and in which location I can find it? Or some other solution?

woo-photo-reviews\frontend\reviews.php is only for the reviews pop-up, is it not? And that already works well.

I know what caused the problem. It’s conflict with other plugins and it only happens to some users. This will be fixed in next update. And the image inside reviews are imported by a Ali Dropship plugin so it will not display like reviews that created with our plugin. You can go to the demo page at https://new2new.com/?item=woocommerce-photo-reviews to see the difference.

Do you know (roughly) when the next update will be released? Just so I can prepare my time-frame, e.g. in a week, a month or more.

Same issue here. Using Flatsome theme. Deactivated all but woo and review plugin with same result. Any word on the update?
