Can't See Search Bar

i installed the plugin but the search bar is not showing up anywhere. the theme i’m using doesn’t use widgets so i can’t attach it to a widget. my site is https://www.touchthestage.com. can you take a look and let me know how to fix this so the search bar shows up and functions properly? thanks!
