Hi, I would like to set a password for the pdf document merged from a field filled by the user so I can send it via mail in a secure way.

The problem is that I can’t see the password option in the advanced tab as is shown in your documentation. Do I have to do anything first to see that option?

    Can you help me?

Thank you for your amazing plugin!

    Hey there!

Yes, you need to enable the Security feature (also in the Advanced tab) to see the Password setting.

    I think I didn′t explain it well.

The problem is that i can′t see the option “enable security feature”.

Here you can see this option is lacking in my advanced tab.

Something looks off with that screenshot, for sure! Can you please export your Gravity Form (a .json file) and email over to us on support{at}gravitypdf[dot]com (replace the text with the appropriate characters)?

Problem solved via ticket. Amazing and fast support! Even more, next weekend the problem will be fixed in the next update of the plugin.

The problem was the language of my site. When changed into English the option “enable security” appeared in the advanced tab and the password worked perfectly.

Thank you so much Jake and team.
