    Hi there,

First, to confirm, the products in the Order were not marked as “Virtual” in their products settings, correct? Marking them as virtual would mean they don’t require shipping, causing the Shipping address to be removed from the Checkout page and order emails.

By default, for non-virtual products, even if the Shipping address is the same as the billing address they should both be included in the Order email:

However, this can be changed by template overrides in themes and custom code from plugins.

To check for conflicts with theme/plugin, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, then check to see if the shipping address shows up as expected. If it does, then you can switch your theme back and reactivate plugins one-by-one until you find the one that is causing the issue.

You can read about testing for conflicts in our documentation here:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    I hope that helps!

    HI,
Before to proced I would like to give you more details: it doesn’t happen always, but only sometimes; I’m trying to realize what is the reason but I was not able until now. This can exclude plugin/theme conflicts? Also I notice that shipment address is missing also in the sommary order when a purchase is over. In the end, I check it and they are not virtual products. Thanks so much for helping me.

    Hi there,

Also I notice that shipment address is missing also in the sommary order when a purchase is over.

I believe you are referring to the Order Confirmation page after a custom places an order. As long as the products are not virtual and require shipping, then by default the shipping address entered at Checkout should be shown here as well:

In the end, I check it and they are not virtual products.

Thank you for checking and confirming that — so they should be requiring shipping, and displaying shipping addresses.

it doesn’t happen always, but only sometimes; I’m trying to realize what is the reason but I was not able until now. This can exclude plugin/theme conflicts?

When the issue does not always happen consistently, that does make it more difficult to troubleshoot. However, yes it could still be coming from a plugin/theme conflict.

Please try that conflict testing as mentioned:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

To avoid affecting your customers, you may want to do this on a test/staging site. If you don’t have one already, your hosting company might offer one as part of your package. Alternatively, you can use a free plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/

    I hope that helps!
