Can’t see the blog but admin works

Hi there, I have uploaded the files for the blog to show up here.. https://russiangirlsint.com/blog/index.php , but the blog doesn’t load, it actually shows up https://russiangirlsint.com/index.html !.

the blog’s admin works fine, https://russiangirlsint.com/wp-admin/index.php !!

Also it would not load if the address is just.. https://russiangirlsint.com/blog/ , without the index.php . The same with the admin side, though the admin side loads when index.php is specified in the url .. https://russiangirlsint.com/wp-admin/index.php

I am stuck..,I would really appreciate,if anybody lets me know what could be wrong. I guess it has something to do with the .htaccess file?, but for now I am clueless as to what should be done with it.

(Btw,I have the same files uploaded in another domain, both the user end and the admin works fine here.. https://ipowerwebdev.com/wpo_blog/ , https://ipowerwebdev.com/wpo_blog/wp-admin/ )
