Can′t see the coming soon page on mobile

    Hello team, how are you? I have a little problem and I thought that you could help me or point me to the right direction to solve it. I am trying to setup a coming soon page with the CMP plugin. It works fine in any desktop computer but it doesn′t work in any mobile plataform. I have already deactivated and deleted the MOJO Marketplace plugin, which came in default with a coming soon page through Hostgator. Thanks in advance.

    Hello, could you enable coming soon page? I checked your website both on desktop and mobile and it seems it is disabled.

    But normally if you enable it, it must show CMP page both on desktop and mobiles – there is no difference, it might be you have cached the website on your mobile or something like that.

    Hello. It is enabled, I didn′t turn it off. Already cleaned my phone′s cache / cookies / etc as well. I am logged in right now doing some work, maybe that is why you can′t see the coming soon page? Maybe I need to config someting else in the plugin? It is very strange. I just can preview the page.

    Just an update for you. I have discovered that the plugin is not working just in my HOME page. It is working in the SERVICES and PORTIFOLIO pages.

    Hello @ribeirom4e, make sure you don’t have anything in CMP Advanced settings > Blacklist – best to leave it Disabled.

    Let me know if it was the case..

    Hello again @niteo. It is disabled by default but it is working now. It seems that it was a conflict with the OceanWP theme. I don′t know if you guys can check into it later because it is a popular theme. Everything is working now. Thanks anyway.

    hello @ribeirom4e, thanks for a heads up!

    I checked with activated https://www.ads-software.com/themes/oceanwp/ OceanWP theme, and CMP is working as expected so I am not sure what might be the issue on your end (maybe some other plugin activated?).

    My site doesn’t seem to work while I am o “Coming Soon” mode. This mode is meant just to show our viewers we’re will back but still, should show if we are working while logged in.
    Any idea about this?

    hello @hectoralopez, do you use any cache plugin? If so, try delete a cache, it helps in 90% of cases..

    Had to delete some pages it does work now. Thanks
