    Hello,

I can’t see the GT dropdown in my storefront website. I have already configured the settings. Why is it so?

Can I configure the dropdown at top right corner?

    Thanks

    Hi,

You should set Show floating language selector to Top Right and after you save GTranslate settings and clear your WordPress cache (if you have such a plugin), the language switcher should appear.

If you are having difficulties, please contact our Live chat: https://gtranslate.io/#contact

    Thanks! ??

    That worked perfectly fine.

Just wanted to know that in some of my pages it overlaps the content on the – Top Right corner, is there a way that it can be placed page specific?

Secondly is the dropdown responsive as per the theme/plugin pages?’

    Thanks

    Hi,

If you have a special plugin to do things specific to a page, then you can use [gtranslate] shortcode there which should render the selector.

Otherwise you will need to code something special via PHP inside your theme or you might be able to use CSS if you have specific classes/ids for the pages you wish to change something.

The dropdown is about 130px wide, so it will fit on any screen, nothing special. If you have a different theme for mobile version then you should be able to configure the appearance of the language switcher using CSS.

If you need more clarification, please feel free to contact our live chat and describe what you need.

    Thanks! ??
