Can’t see the “Editor Menu”!

  • We have “classic editor” plugin installed and force it to use the “raw html” mode. But we can’t see the “Editor Menu”! when edit pages. The “Editor Menu” is enabled in the “Advanced Editor Tools” setting already.

    Please help.
