Can't see the wp-admin page

  • Hello, I have a weird problem. I can access to my wp-admin page from safari but if I try with firefox or chrome I have just a blank page.
    I tried to delete the cookies but it’s still the same.

    Any idea?

    A blank page means that something is causing PHP to crash, usually a function conflict, typically either from a plugin or theme.

    It’s good that you can get in through Safari though, as you can use that to perform the following without messing around in the database. ??

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
