Cant see Timer

    I posted the shortcode for the timer to appear in the last part of the short description but its not displaying the timer and i dont know why

    Please help

    May i ask you, after a backup of the plugin, to remove this PHP code

    if (!$post || !isset($post->post_content) || !$icp->Utils->contains($post->post_content, ‘[ec’)) {

    return;
    }

    from the following file and tell us whats happens?

    /wp-content/plugins/intelly-countdown/includes/classes/ui/Tabs.php

    It worked but what can I do to restore the countdown back to the beginning??

    Could I just erase the shortcode and then paste it back again?

    Hi @grunauer

    You should clear the cookies and open again your website or create a new countdown with the same configuration and replace the previous shortcode with the new one
