Can't seem to get the cart info into nav bar

    Using basic-child theme from wppuzzle. I’ve managed to get an ajaxified/live-updating cart info (# of items/total) to display in my sidebar, but I would instead like to view it in my nav bar. My menu items are aligned left and I would like the cart info to be aligned right.

    I tried removing the code I added to get it to display in the sidebar and tried a number of things to get it to display in the navbar, but nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Does anyone know how to add cart info to nav bar? I can post php file contents and custom css if needed. Everything I’ve found in the forums and other places has not worked for me. Any tips would be appreciated.

    Nevermind, I decided to use a plugin from woothemes for now, but it is untested on my version of wp. Solved for now though I guess.
