Can’t Seem to Hide a Page on the Homepage

  • I’m trying to do what I think is probably pretty simple, but for the life of me I cannot figure it out. Usually I’m pretty good with this stuff. On a new site that I’m building for an old client of mine, I’m using the Melos Pro theme by ThinkUpThemes. For the homepage, I am trying to make it so that no page or post shows up. I want to have only the custom stuff from the theme.

    Does that make sense? If you were to look at the site right now, you would see my homepage inserted into the section on the homepage where it’s “supposed to be,” according to the way the theme is configured, but I want absolutely no content there at all. To make it simple, I have added the text “This will be hidden soon.” so you can see what I want hidden.

    Can you please have a look and suggest how I go about doing that? Here is the site:

    This plugin is used to hide an entire post/page and what i was able to deduce from what you said above is that you want to hide a part of post/page ? which this plugin does not do but still i will try to help you , you can contact me on my skype octalsystems
