Hello there. I think that it is your Gravity Forms plugin that needs to be updated.

You are on version 1.8.5. This plugin requires at least 1.8.19.2. Update Gravity Forms and you should be good to go!

    Hi,

    I am using Version 1.9.6 and I can’t see it either…

Please let me know how to solve this asap.

I updated the gravity form plugin and now i have all the settings available, i check marked the field I wanted to use to ‘show in list’ then on that same form i filled out all the settings and chose which page for it to display, i did a test entry but nothing displays on that page. Am I missing a step?

    Thanks
    Andrew

Hello, I am having a conflict between “Gravity Forms Sticky List” and “user-role-editor” plugins. I am running the latest version of all plugins, but the Sticky List settings are not showing up in the forms. When I disable the “user-role-editor” all works well… But I need the “user-role-editor” plugin.

    PHP Version 5.4.27
    MySQL Version 5.5.37
    WordPress Version 4.1.4
    Gravity Forms Version 1.9.6
    Gravity Forms Sticky Version 1.2.14

@dnacreatives Yes, you need to include the shortcode in a page/post like so:

    [stickylist id="1"]

…where “id is the id of you form. Check out the Usage section of the plugin description

@wpgeert I’m sorry, but I dont have the time to debug plugin conflicts. I do however run a couple of sites that have both Sticky List and User Role Editor without any problems.

Are you logged in as Admin? Check the permissions settings (in User Role Editor) and make sure that the role you are using has the Gravity Forms Custom capabilities.

There seems to be a bug in the Gravity Forms Add On framework that prevents acces to Addons from other roles than administrator. I have sent a support request to Rocket Genious. I will keep this thread updated with information about this.

@fried_eggz I am logged in as Administrator. In User Role Editor I don’t see the Gravity Forms Custom capability… Can you give me the exact capability id?

I have found what seems to be the issue. I have fixed the issue. This fix will be included in the 1.3 release of Sticky List scheduled to be released this friday. If you need the fix befor that you can grab the latest version from the Github Page. If you do, check the custom capability gravityforms_stickylist and make sure that you have it.

This should now be fixed. Please repoen this thread if you still have issues with this.

Still cannot use Stickylist and user Role editor at the same time. We run a rather large completely custom wordpress site and wanted to give your plugin a try. We use one similar but yours really seems to be on the right track.

All plugins are updated to the latest versions.

Ok, if you temporarily disable User Role Editor and then setup Sticky List. Does the list work on the front end if you re-enable User Role Editor?

It does but you can’t make any changes unless you disable it again. I’d love to show you what we currently have running, You will see a lot of idea’s for future revisions. How does one get in contact with you?
