Can’t Select a Plan under Plan Details

    Hi. We’re unable to show listings for new members on the site because under the “Listing Information” section, the? Plan Details section won’t allow us to select the Free plan. It shows a down arrow and OK/Cancel options. But the “Free” plan option (which shows on all previous listings) doesn’t appear at all.

    All listings on the website are Free for members of the organization, so we only have one option… the Free one.

    Have tried entering a new member, same problem. Same with clearing cache, checking other browsers. I can see a previous WP.org support thread about this issue back for version 5.10.1. Has it returned?

    Currently running 6.3.3 of Business Directory Plug-in
    PHP version: 7.4.33

    Hi @grottocom

    I’m sorry to hear that you ran into issues with this!

    Can you please check under Directory > Directory Content > Plans if that fee plan is enabled? You can find this out in the far-right Attributes column where it will say enabled or disabled. If it’s disabled, you can hover over the plan name and enable it.

    Please try that and let me know what you find.

    Bingo! Thanks @bobbied !!
    Since all the other previously posted Listings were also “Free” Plans and still showing up on the front-end, I was hesitant to change anything that might make them all wig out.

    Now able to set the Plan on the individual listings again. Not sure why it would have been disabled, but happy we can highlight that member properly now.
