I’m unable to upload an existing file to import. When I select “SELECT EXISING FILE” . Where should this file be so the plugin can find it?

Can you please let me know what folder my XML file should be in? When I hit select, thre is still nothing there. I’ll have my web admin move it to the right place, I just need to jknow where exactly where it should be.

    Thanks.

    Hello @montilee,

The plugin saves the file in the “wp-content/uploads/wp_smart_import/” folder. You can see all the files saved here.

Thanks for the quick reply but still NOT working @rajat1192 #sorry

    1. Uploading the times out
    2. from URL starts but stops within few seconds
    3. select existing shows NO file though file is in the directory: wp-content/uploads/wp_smart_import/baza.xml
