Cant select start time earlier that 6am

    I managed to work around it by editing the evr_event_edit.php file
    editing the line:

    $start = strtotime(‘5:00am’);
    $end = strtotime(’11:45pm’);

    and changed 6:00am to 5:00am.

    Still is this issue by design or a bug?
