When we want to only update certain data we choose a checkbox but there is no checkbox for only updating yoast data when on the import settings page ? How can we only ensure yoast data is updated?

    Screenshot for reference

    Hi @waynep16,

Yoast stores its data in Custom Fields, so you can enable “Custom Fields” and then choose which Yoast fields you want to update. We list the fields here: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/yoast-wordpress-seo/.

I am afraid that wont work still. Please see my screenshot above. I am trying to selectively import ONLY yoast meta data (as set up in my import settings) to my already existing posts without updating all other values but there is no way to only update Yoast data. The selection on the final step is missing.

I see “Custom Fields” in your screenshot, so I don’t understand why it won’t work. Can you elaborate?

That is possible by defining the Yoast custom fields under Custom Fields ? Update only these Custom Fields, leave the rest alone. For example: https://d.pr/i/x8O99R.
