    Hi, I’m using this plugin, before the email sending activity every time the auction works normally, old accounts still receive emails normally, I check smtp is working fine, I tried customer accounts and I see recently registered accounts no longer receive emails , I don’t know what the problem is, hope it will be solved soon

    We have tested the issue that you are facing & could not able to replicate it. Email sending functionality is working as expected.

    We recommend you clear your site’s cache and update the WooCommerce plugin.
