Can’t send message in groups

Hi,

Same here, I’ve created a bot and channel and group. But I see two groups in admin panel, on my bot it shows “Groups in Common” is 1. Second group I removed bot & deleted that group, but it still shows me in admin panel.

My bot is @aaakola_bot

I can send massages in in my channel but not to group.

Below is Logs I receive when I tried to send “hi” massage to group.

I have a quetion to you. Look, i have my bot @ToryArt, i added him (or it :)) to my group and my channel ToryArt and for now i have few sybscribers here. Ubfortunately, i can send messages only to my channel. And in admin panel, i can’t see groups and subscribers.
I tried a lot, even making everything again.

@dmutru4ok: are you using SSL or have to BotPress active? If your panel shows no subscribers nor groups it means that there is a problem in the incoming connections (outgoing ones are direct and don’t require SSL/bypass).

@pwarbat: could you try creating a new group and see if it works? If you send a standard “Hi” to your groups, does it arrive?

I’ve identified a bug causing problems when sending to groups due to wrong parsing of ID starting with “-” (groups). It’s fixed in v2.0.3

@milmor: I have updated plugin & created new group. Now everything is working with charm. Standard “Hi’ arrived is group. Thank you very much for your help. But still showing a group which is no more exists. Should I try try to remove it from database?

@pwarbat: thank you for the feedback.
Some group IDs are outdated because they have been upgraded to supergroups with a new id. I haven’t found a way to determine if the id is old or not (as you can see the “Error 400” could be caused by various problems) so the problem is in “standby”.

If you want to delete a group you can enable WordPress DEBUG and trash+delete it like a post.

Hi again, i tried on another my web-site, where i have SSL and i still have that problem. But for know it is not giving me any mistakes, “Your message have been sent to subscribers!”, but the log is empty and i didn’t recieve any messages. Only in channel i can recieve. And i can’t understand why in admin panel, where i can see groups with my bot it is empty too.

Yes, i am using SSL.
And, maybe, you can help me with connection why i dodn’t see groups in panel.
