Can’t send newsletter after authorizing my email address

I’ve been having a problem since June 6 with sending my newsletter. It went fine on June 6, but now I keep getting this error message after having activated my email a bunch of times.
The email is activated, but when I try to send a newsletter, it just reverts and shows the email in red and says I have to activate it. Like a circle that just keeps going round and round. I’ve tried a lot of different things in the Mail Poet settings but nothing seems to work.
Any ideas what is wrong? Thank you.
