can't send out mail from the form on my website

    Dear team,

    Sorry just post on an resolved topic. Here is my content again.

    I’ve got the same problem. installed WP-mail-SMTP already and the test mail was fine. but still couldn’t send anything from the from shown on web site.

    Is it any setting that I missed on the plugin? I use the code [bestwebsoft_contact_form lang=en] on page content. Is it the correct one?

    Hi,

    Yes, your are using a correct shortcode. You have mentioned that you succeeded in sending a test letter through WP-mail-SMTP plugin. Thus, could you please specify, do you use the same settings you used with WP-mail-SMTP for Contact Form plugin? Also, have you tried choosing another recipient?
