    Hi, I am trying to send a test email of Review for Discount

    however I keep receiving error message “Please re-save settings and try again“.

    I saved, no luck, I refreshed the page, no luck. This same error message keeps coming back.

    Can you please share some screenshots of the issue? You can try to deactivate our plugin and re-activate then check this issue again.

    Can’t see a way to include an image.

    Basically, an error message appears right under “Send Test” field after I tried sending it “Please re-save settings and try again

    Thanks for sharing a screenshot! It looks like the problem is that the body of your email is completely empty. Please try to add some text in the body and re-save the settings.

    its not empty. I zoomed out the screen resolution so I can screenshot entire form for you. The email body is in the centre. The email content is centered so it’s outside of the screenshot view. It worked in the past.

    Can you please then share a full screenshot? Also, please try using a different browser – it looks like you have some browser extension activated next to the “Send Test” field.

    the browser extenstion was for lastpass.

    I also tried on Microsoft Edge where there are no browser extenstions but received the same error.

    That’s strange. Please finish the setup in the Reviews > Settings > Review for Discount tab and send a test email there to see if it helps. If not, please share a screenshot of that page.

    Let me know if you see anything wrong with the setup. Please note I haven’t made changes to this setup for a long time, in the past I had no issues sending a test to myself.

    Hi,

    That’s strange. I have the same settings on my demo site and I can send a test coupon email as well.

    Not sure what happens there. You may try to disable all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a standard theme of WordPress then check the issue again. Or you can try again on a local site/different site.
