    We occasionally see this and it’s usually related to a plugin conflict somewhere that’s preventing those fields from displaying properly.

    There are instructions here on how to carry out a plugin conflict test. It’s best to do this on a staging copy of your site, or at least take a full backup first in case deactivating plugins and the theme has unexpected consequences.

    Once you’ve identified the culprit, we’d suggest you could approach the plugin/theme support for help.
