Can’t set featured image

    I uploaded image in wp mediafiles and checked “Set the first image to the Featured Image” (image was found on import options), but after import the field “featured image” is empty. I use free version of your plugin.
    What am I doing wrong?

    What post type are you importing? Are you also using the WooCommerce add-on, or a different add-on?

    I solved this problem. I just filled in the field “Download & Import Attachments” with same item as a Images section. And i don’t use the WooCommerce.

    sorry can’t set feature image from url. Please help

    I have checked download from somewhere else and also preview and test that image is loaded correctly, but it seems that feature image is still blank.

    I have try the above solutions but still cannot get the featured image on the my post even though in the edit import testing box it clearly show the image is successfully found and linked… please HELP!!!!!
