Can’t set featured image, upload file and set profile image

  • I saw the other question where the user also complained about not being able to set a featured image. Since it wasn’t answered, i decided to create mine.

    I can’t set a featured image before or after a post is added. When i click on the button to add featured image it only displays a blank popup box. The same also applies to the upload custom fields i added a few and there don’t also work.

    I also tried setting a profile photo but it also displayed a blank popup screen.

    I have checked the post/custom post setting in the dashboard settings and the setting featured image is enabled.
