    Hi after the latest update i can’t set the price for any every product that i create.
    Older products price can’t be updated.

    If i use an old product as a temp?ate, it won’t update the price, everything else updates just fine.
    First i thought it was a cache issue, but i have disable everything and it won’t work. Any idea?

  • Hi, I think I have the same problem, because after the last update, I can add a new product and all the information is updated except prices (price and special prices)… In fact if a use Woocommerce Stock manager plugin, I can put and updated prices also in the new one , but I can’t access to the special prices… I hope you can suggest me some solution…

    Best regards
    Jesús

    I’d expect a plugin interfering, e.g. a translation plugin.

    Thanks Mike, but do ypu suggest some action in order to verify it?

    Sorry phone autocorrector.

    Sorry, I haven’t Woocommerce multilingual… and I’ve the same problem, Maybe any problem related with the Spanish translation?, because Ark74 and me are using spanish language

    Ok, no it wasn’t WPML.
    I disabled every plugin related to WPML and the behavior remains.

    I’ll use error log, maybe i can see something there.
    Any suggestion @mikejolley?

    Not the translation itself, but translation plugins like WPML duplicate all data so can cause issues like described.

    What else are you running?

    The latest plugins i added to the setup are:

    * WP Super Cache
    * Autoptimize
    * Rocket Lazy Load
    * Query Strings Remover

    Is there some place where i could sent the complete status report?

    Dear all,
    In my case the problem was Woocommerce products bundles plugin, after deactivate I can update prices

    Best regards

    Thanks Jesus.

    I’m not using that plugin, so i can’t really say my issue.

    Mike,
    Would disabling one by one ’til finding the incompatible plugin could work like Jesus did?

    Or do you believe it’s already a db issue that needs to be fixed on the plugin side?

    Hi!

    After an update from WPML/Woocommerce Multilingual the issue has been fixed.
    Thanks to @mikejolley he was right!
