Can't set upload shortcode

Hi,

I am trying to use this plug-in which I think might work well for me, but I can’t get the upload portion to work. I have followed your instructions, and I was able to successfully get the “Directory Files” portion to work. However, when I try to insert the “File Uploads” short code, nothing happens when I choose it from the 1st drop down. I don’t get the additional dialogue to set “Config” “filters” and “style” and when i push the “insert shortcode” button, nothing happens.

Any idea?
