Can't sign in to my site!!!

  • Urgent help! I got an email that 1 polzovatelnitsa to log on to my website and it is blocked. I login in admin panel changed (not wp-admin), and now I when I go into your admin panel, throws me on the wp-admin and I can’t log into your own website????? Throws me to a non-existing wp-admin and there are some symbols at the top on the white page!

  • I have the same problem, cannot log in at all. I know I changed wp-admin to wpadmin, but that doesn’t work as well. I cannot sign in for four days now. I did write support to my hosting account and no replay, hope you will know what to do since it’s happening after these changes were made…I changed my username and selected random password and as I said above wp-admin to wpadmin.
    Urgent help, please!

    I’ve done it! Go to hosting – database – phpmyadmin. There you will see a line – wp_itsec-lockouts. Click on it and open the records (rows) – remove them all. Immediately go to your website through your path to the admin. Good luck!
