    I’m getting this error…

    An error occurred: We were unable to send credentials to your WordPress site. Please go back to your site and restart the setup. The following error was returned: No route was found matching the URL and request method

    Anything I’m missing?

    @samikip Can you please attempt the steps below in order to get Site Kit connected:
    1. Reset Site Kit (Site Kit > Settings > Admin Settings > Reset Site Kit)
    2. Temporarily deactivate any caching plugins you might have active
    3. Install Site Kit in a new [incognito window](https://i.imgur.com/ALzgiHp.png)

    There may also be some security plugins or hosting software impacting your setup. But please attempt the above first.

    Hello James…

    1. I dont have those sub menu options, just dashboard
    2 & 3. Tried this, disabled my cache plugin and CloudFlare, logged in incognito and tried signing in with Google, still the same error.

    @samikip Your web host may be blocking incoming RESET API requests, resulting in the error message you are encountering. Can you check with your hosting provider that no incoming REST API requests are blocked?
