Can't sign in with my username and password

Hi,

I’m having trouble signing into the admin page with my username and password. My last login was last year. I tried to reset my password but I don’t seem to be getting the emails in my inbox and I’ve made sure it hasn’t been sent to my other folders. Has anyone had this problem and if so, what other methods can I do to access my admin page?
