Can't size shortcode list properly

Hi,
I am using the shortcode widget set up in one of my pages like this:[wp_cpl_sc cat_id=130 css_theme=0 list_num=15 sort_order=desc]
And the plugin seems to be working really well, except the only problem is that the windows / boxes for each post appear to be a bit too tall – much taller than the samples appearing on the plugin description page. This is a photo of what I am getting with my site for comparison.
Might there be a way to adjust height / width of the plugin so that it appears more like the plugin on the sample page? Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!
