I just checked on my website and was not able to replicate this. This only happens if I refresh without clicking the save the changes button.
Since we are in the WooPayments forum, I wanted to confirm, if you deactivate WooPayments, does the issue persists?
If it does not, please let us know so we can assist you further.
If the issue still happens without WooPayments being active, can you please open a thread on WooCommerce’s support?
