Cant spawn recurring instances

    Hello!

    I have reported this in a ticket, but will post here for public reference.
    Since EC: 4.9.2 / PRO: 4.7.2 I cannot create new recurrent events. The main event identifies as recurring, but no actual instances are made or shown.

    Tested on several sites, I hope for confirmation from Tribe and fix ??
