Can't specify number of posts to display in feature block 1

Hi. When I select a category to be displayed in feature block 1, no matter what number I put in the no. of block posts to display box, it will still post 10 on the home page, when I only want it to post 3.

My site is https://www.goodgoonguide.com. It is still very much under construction, but you can see the problem on the homepage
