Can't Stop Comment Spam – HELP!

Hey,

On my website, I’m getting absolutely bombarded with comment spam. It’s driving me nuts.

I’ve disabled comments and pingbacks on all the posts, but comments are somehow still getting through.

The comments seem to be coming through the images.

For example, the latest one says In Response To:

pyle pla2200 amplifier

But there’s no page / post on my site like that?
