Can’t stop Comment Spammers…?

My blog is located at:
https://www.baselogic.com/blog/I SI CAPTCHA running https://www.642weather.com/weather/scripts-wordpress-captcha.php and set to high in the settings for anonymous comments.
My Akismet is also running.
My issue is that I still get dozens of spam comments each day that are caught by Akismet that I have to delete!!!!!!
This is a total waste of my time and am frustrated as I want anonymous comments, but not from spammers.
Can someone help me understand how these spam bots are getting through when I have CAPTCHA running and all?
