Can’t stop forum notifications

I’m getting emailed notifications of forum posts every hour or so that are not relevant to me. In Edit My Profile > Notifications I’ve unchecked Receive notifications by email and I’ve removed all search strings except my member name and I’ve pressed Save settings.

Based on https://www.ads-software.com/support/users/michaelgli/subscriptions/ it looks like you’ve subscribed to the entire WooCommerce support forum.

To undo that, head over to https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/ and click the “Unsubscribe from this plugin” button near the top of the topics list there.
