Can't stop it appearing?

I installed this plug-in and it worked great. Then I went and removed it, but snow flakes are still falling on my website.
Anyone know how to get rid of it completely? I’ve tried deactivating, uninstalling, bare minimum settings, but snow flakes continue to fall.
I’ve cleared all my cache.
