• Hello,

I’ve tried to change the size of the icons in the service section and although in the customizer view it reads as changed, in the actual page it renders just the same.
Also in the same page I’ve inserted two services sections (the two there are available) and in one of them I can’t neither change the color of the icons (showing gray) even if it reads as white the selected color.

How can this be fixed? ??

    thanks!

Thank you for reporting this problem.
I can’t reproduce it on my side.
My design changes for icons are visible both when previewing, and on front end after publishing.

Can you confirm that your have followed the troubleshooting steps described here ?

    1. Use the latest software versions : make sure the Nimble Builder and your theme are up to date.
    2. Documentation : read our documentation and check our troubleshooting tips.
    3. Search the forum : use the search field on top of the topic list with keywords describing your issue. Another user may have had a similar problem already resolved.
    4. Cache plugin : if you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
    5. Browser : clear your browser’s cache / history
    6. Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.

Especially, make sure that you are not using a cache plugin when customizing your site.

Let me know if it helps.

    ok, I found the problem

there is a conflict with two plugins:
    Visual Portfolio
    and
    Ghostkit blocks

now that I know which are the rascals, how can I solve the issue? I still need those plugins as well ??

    thank you!

here’s the screenshot of what’s happening:

    without the conflicting plugins

    and

when the conflicting plugins are activated (any of both)

what is interesting is that in the case of the conflicting plugins been active is that the the <i> tag having the font awesome class gets converted to an svg

I don’t have an idea why that how and why that happens…

    do you?
