    Hi,

    After I finished setting up everything, the popup appears as expected, it accepts the first user subscribing using email and name and shows success message.

    The next user who sees the popup and enters their email and name, hit submit and it gets stuck at please wait.

    No matter how many new users sees the popup, no one is able to subscribe because the form is stuck on please wait.

    Chrome console shows this error “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 () /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

    So basically the form only works the first time it is activated and then it gets stuck…

    Dear @jojojijijojo,

    Could you, please, share a link with your popup so we can check the issue live?

    When looking at the proxy_error_log I found a lot of these errors:

    2019/11/11 19:37:37 [error] 30277#0: *217176 connect() to unix:///var/www/vhosts/system/***.com/php-fpm.sock failed (11: Resource temporarily unavailable) while connecting to upstream, client: 1xx.68.1x0.x2, server: xxxx.com, request: "POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:///var/www/vhosts/system/xxx.com/php-fpm.sock:", host: "xxx.com", referrer: "https://xxx.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=popupbuilder&sgpb_type=subscription"

    Dear @jojojijijojo,

    Thanks for the error log.
    But we need to check your website link as well to understand the reason of the problem you are having.

    How can I private PM you?

    Im also using Cloudflare, could that be the issue? If yes how can I solve it?

    Edit 2: I’m also using W3 cache plugin. It seems like the form gets submitted the first time only after a cache purge, after that any user that sees the popup cannot submit the form.

    Seems like I solved the problem by uninstalling w3 cache. I re-installed it with all settings off except cloudflare and page cache and it seems to be working now.
