Cant submit support ticket on woocommerce site

    Hi, for some reason I am not able to load the “create new ticket” page and getting the message:

    `In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address.

    If you have already confirmed your email address, please log out of WooCommerce.com and then login again. If you still need to confirm your email, we sent you an email to verify your email address when you signed up. You can try searching for an email from WordPress.com to find it.

    Note: Don’t forget to check your spam folder!`

    I have verified but for some reason I keep getting this message.

    Also strange that if I try to “Resend email verification“, it is not doing this, it directs me to: https://wordpress.com/log-in/

    I tried registering with a new account, and tried on different browsers, but no change of behavior.

    Can anyone resolve this please.
