Can't Subscribe

I can not subscribe to my calendar anymore. I tried different themes, turning off all plugins. No luck. I get this error and there are no recurring events:
The data downloaded from webcal://XXXXXX.com/?plugin=all-in-one-event-calendar&controller=ai1ec_exporter_controller&action=export_events&no_html=true isn’t valid.
I have seen this in support forums and no answer anywhere how to resolve this issue;
I have taken the domain name out of error because it is a closed site.
