I am getting the “An error has happened while performing a request, please try again later” message when trying to subscribe from any form I setup. Everything else seems fine with the plugin it’s just not allowing anyone to sign up and can’t figure out why. I have tried disabling other plugins but still same error. It doesn’t show an error in the backend and both connections in the backend say connection successful

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @leeh1989,

Thanks for getting back to us!

I tried your form and got this error instead: “Sorry, but we couldn’t connect to the MailPoet server. Please refresh the web page and try again.”

Do you have any caching plugins/server-level caching? If so, please exclude the page where you have the form placed from the caching settings.?

You can also add reCAPTCHA to your form: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/182-add-captcha-to-the-mailpoet-subscription-forms

Let us know how it goes!
