Can't switch page

Hey guys, so I’m new to wordpress, but i already created other websites with other application(a little knowledge of html and css)

My problem with wordpress is, whenever i try to choose a responsive theme, where i want to create a cool landing page, an several other pages to distribute my software, wordpress us always staying on 1 site, whenever i click on another page, it bumps back to the first page…

any idea?
