Can’t switch to “Grid” layout – “Featured Content” not appearing

  • I’ve uninstalled all plugins, deleted and re-installed the theme, opened it in multiple browsers, and still the “Featured Content” section doesn’t appear in the customize options. What’s weird is it DOES show up on my other website.

    The Featured Content section will appear in the Customiser if your site has a static page as the homepage.

    In your customizer please go to Home Page and check if your home page is set to display A static page

    Once you save that change, kindly navigate back to the customizer for the Featured Content section. You might need to refresh your browser after saving the above changes.
