    The Cleantalk connection stopped working – it shows protection is no longer working for all items. It is stuck in the ‘syncing with the cloud. Usually, it takes a few seconds.’ I tried deleting and reloading the plugin, changing the access key, getting the access key automatically (which keeps going to a password reset, even though I am logged into the CleanTalk dashboard). Help?

    Hello @carinlockhart.

    Could you try to deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then activate it again?

    Enter the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Anti-spam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)

    Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.

    Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
    Then activate it.

    Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)
