Can’t synchronize – products are not updated

Hi,
I’m trying to install the plugin, following:

I got to the step where I synchronize moodle and wordpress but when I submit the form (pressing “Synchronize”), I see a red mark and an empty line, just before “Synchronise Courses & categories”.
In wordpress, under products categories, I see my moodle categories, but under all products I don’t see any course.
I have several coursed in my moodle site and they don’t seem to get synched.
Any suggestion what the problem is?
